I'm Lucy, a freelance photographer born and raised in Scotland, now operating out of Greater London and the surrounding area.
I've been doing photography for the past 5 years and have a background in sports, events, engagement, wedding, and portrait photography. I work with a mixture of individuals and businesses to capture evocative and organic images.
As a photographer, I really value communication and collaboration. I am a firm believer that photography is for everyone, so making sure that whoever is in front my lens feels comfortable and empowered is always a priority for me! No matter the kind of shoot I’m on, I’m always trying to capture real moments and tell a story with my images.
My work has included shoots at both elite amateur golf tournaments, such as the 2023 Walker Cup, and professional sporting events like the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. At both of these I acted as an official tournament photographer on behalf of Recounter Media Limited.
Outside of photography you can find me spending as much time as I can with my friends and family, walking my dog on the beach, listening to music at any given moment or looking for new material as an avid lover of all things fiction!
